We have two spacious and tastefully decorated guest suite apartments.

The Jesse McDonald Suite
Top-of-the-Rockies Suite

Each suite features a:

  • Separate entrance
  • Private bath
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Separate sleeping quarters for 3 to four people.

Amenities in each suite include:

  • stove
  • refrigerator
  • microwave
  • toaster
  • cable TV
  • blow dryer
  • ironing board & iron
  • towels and linens

Master Card, Visa, Discover, personal checks and travelers checks are accepted.

There is also a large 2nd story deck where visitors can watch a beautiful Colorado sunset.
  • Check in 3:00-7:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made prior to arrival
    Checkout time is 11:00 a.m
  • Children 10 years and older are welcome
  • We regret that we cannot accommodate pets
  • The Governor’s Mansion  is a non-smoking residence
  • During holidays and special events, a minimum stay may be required and/or higher rates may apply
  • Rates do not include sales and lodging tax
